Regular Schedule Hours

After 2 weeks of successful private classes, we will be returning to our regular schedule with restrictions to class size. Each class will be limited to 10 students. Masks are optional but strongly encouraged to prevent cross infection. All students will be scanned for their temperature; any temperature reading in excess of 100 Fahrenheit will be asked to leave the facility and not participate in the class. We ask that students come to class dressed, and ready for their workout.

School Reopening (May 18th)

Starting next Monday (May 18th), We will be reopening our school for in person classes. All lessons will be private and 30 mins long. We will limit each student to 2 lessons per week.
