  •   Opp grabs your left hand

  •   Low kick with your back leg

  •   Clasp your hands together and pull away from Opp

  •   Neck chop with your left hand and punch with right

    No. 2 (Same side/low kick front/clasp hands/downward/upward elbow/backfist/punch)

  •   Opp grabs your left hand

  •   Low kick with your front leg

  •   Clasp your hands together and thrust hands downward to escape

  •   Upward elbow strike with your left elbow, back fist with left, punch with right

    No. 3 (Same side/low kick front/big circle/compress/roll arm and elbow/kick)

  •   Opp grabs your left hand

  •   Low kick with your front leg

  •   Grab top of Opp’s hand with your right hand

  •   Make a large CW circle with Opp’s arm and rotate Opp’s wrist and keep pressure against back of hand

  •   Use your left hand to roll Opp’s elbow up and over to force Opp downward

  •   Kick Opp with back leg

    No. 4 (Same side/step forward/rotate palm upward/serve the plate)

  •   Opp grabs your left hand

  •   Step forward while rotating palm upward

  •   Grab Opp’s right hand from underneath

  •   Use both hands to compress wrist and step back to serve the plate take down

    No. 5 (Same side/distract with hand sweep/rotate arm/bring to chest/pull elbow/force to ground/reverse grip/serve the plate)

  •   Opp grabs your left hand

  •   Sweep your right hand across Opp’s head

  •   Grab top of Opp’s and rotate while bringing against your chest

  •   Use your left hand to bend Opp’s arm at elbow and force Opp to ground

  •   Reverse grip and serve the plate take down

  •   Elbow to bicep and compress Opp’s wrist

Opposite Hand

No. 1 (Opposite side/step to left/roundhouse kick/clasp hands/roll hands over/elbow/backfist/punch)

  •   Opp grabs your right hand

  •   Clasp hands together, step to left and roundhouse kick

  •   Roll hands over Opp’s arm and step forward to elbow Opp with your left

  •   Back-fist with your left and punch with your right

    No. 2 (Opposite side/low kick with front foot/clasp hands/roll hands over/palm block/roundhouse kick/face punch)

  •   Opp grabs your right hand

  •   Clasp hands together and rotate hands CW

  •   Palm block with your left hand

  •   Roundhouse and face punch

    No. 3 (Opposite side/snake grab/reverse grip/serve the plate takedown)

  •   Opp grabs your right hand

  •   Sweep hand across Opp’s face with your right hand

  •   Grab top of Opp’s hand with your left hand

  •   CW motion to get your right hand on top of opp’s forearm and apply downward pressure

  •   Force Opp to ground

  •   Reverse your grip to take Opp to ground with serve the plate takedown

  •   Put your knee against Opp’s bicep

  •   Begin turn and wrap your right hand around Opp’s arms from underneath (close to

    Opp)

  •   Turn, crouch and throw Opp

  •   Step over Opp’s head with your left foot, lay down and apply armbar

  •   Opp grabs both hands

  •   Opp grabs shoulder

  •   Crouch and tuck your elbow in tight and throw Opp
