Combination Kick

-Round house kick, spinning heel kick

-Pushing front kick, round house kick, spinning heel kick

-Round house kick, turning round house kick, spinning heel kick


Sparring Technique

-Round house kick, counter with spinning heel kick

-Side kick, counter with step to side round house kick

-Spinning heel, counter with double (both legs) round house kick


Basic Self Defense

-Front hugging position: Both legs split open to horse stance, raise arms simultaneously to shoulder level, strike groin or grab opponent’s waist, strike with knee to groin.

  2. RIGHT Snap Back Fist

  3. LEFT Punch
